Music Workshop faced challenges in establishing a strong social media presence and engaging with a wider audience. Despite having a unique range of products and a welcoming store environment, the brand struggled with limited visibility and low engagement on social media platforms.
The key issues included; low profile visits and engagement rates; ineffective communication of the store’s offerings and atmosphere, as well as experiencing a limited reach and conversion from social media ads and posts.
To address Music Workshop’s challenges with low profile visits and engagement, we implemented a multi-faceted social media strategy. This included launching a targeted Garage Sale Reel Ad that reached over 1.9k people and increasing our content frequency with 24 posts, 42 stories, and 10 Reels to enhance visibility. We engaged our audience by sharing user-generated content and showcasing the store’s inviting environment to foster a personal connection. Platform-specific tactics, such as creating engaging Instagram Reels and collaborating with local influencers, helped to broaden our reach.
Additionally, we promoted in-store items and optimised the website checkout process to drive sales. By setting up Linktr.ee for easy navigation and using product tagging with clear CTAs, we facilitated smoother customer journeys and improved conversion rates.
